I should be grateful that it's finally Autumn but it's been such a bad start. The weather is extremely icky right now (Santa Ana winds, the heat, the dryness). And I feel as stale as a bag of potato chips left opened for two months. But I'm trying to take advantage of allllll this hotness--so maybe some ice cream later. Anyway, up above is a strip of pictures describing some of the things I did this week. One of the highlights: I went to the Queen Mary Thursday night for a theatre show (called Blackbird). It was my first time ever visiting the inside of the ship and they were having their Halloween Horror--or something of that nature--event. Long story short, there were zombies and undead creatures walking around. . . . And I got scared. They really just get up all in your face and laugh and growl and ugh. I mean I wouldn't go alone or anything again but getting scared is pretty fun (afterwards when you can laugh about it). So as I was saying, the theatre show itself was very enjoyable & you can read more about it here. I walked away feeling incredibly disturbed afterwards, but that can only be a good compliment for the play since that's what they were probably aiming for. Well, I should probably find a reason to go outside now.
